View of Pool and Beach from Bridge Crossing PoolIn our opinion Dreams-Punta-Cana is the absolutely one of the Finest Resorts in the Dominican Republic. From the time you arrive to the time you check out they just can’t do enough for you. They have the friendliest staff of all the Resorts we have visited. One thing that stands out is how many of the staff speaks English. It is so satisfying when you have a question that they understand what you are asking. And they go the extra mile with their answers. We just returned from a 2 week stay at Dreams-Punta-Cana. This was our second trip to this All-Inclusive Resort. We had told the agent that put our vacation together that we wanted a ground floor room. She failed to do this. When we arrived they had us on the second floor. After explaining that we requested a ground floor room it took them about 15 minutes to get our room changed. They put us in what they call a swim out room. Our patio was about 10 feet from the pool.
View of Pool from Our PatioWe would walk out of our back door and walk directly into the pool. The pool in Dreams-Punta-Cana meanders throughout the Resort. At no where in the entire pool is it more than chest high on me and I’m only 5’ 10” tall. Our routine was to go to The Beach after having breakfast. After lying in the sun and playing in the ocean we would have lunch at the beach Bar B Q. After that we would return to the room, freshen up and walk into the pool.

The beer was cold and the mixed drinks were outstanding and of course the service was great as it always is at Dreams-Punta-Cana.
Kay and I at the Swim-Up Bar Dreams Punta CanaThe entertainment staff always has daily Activities. They have competitions during the day so you can win coupons that you use to buy souvenirs. Every day an agenda is put in your room for the next day. It really helps you plan your day.

For those of you that vacation with kids they also feature The Explorers Club for children. Look at the Itinerary on page one above. They register the kids at 9:00 AM and will keep them entertained until 9:00 PM if that's what you want. You can pick them up at any time if you prefer. Explorers Club for the ChildrenWe always celebrate our Anniversary with a private dinner on the beach at Dreams-Punta-Cana. We have our own private space on the Beach and our own Waiter. This is one of the many highlights of our trip. It’s a 5 course meal with Wine and Champagne.

Sugar Reef bar near the ocean, Swim up bar, Barracuda bar,next to the pool, Show-time bar located in the theater. The World Café is the buffet style restaurant where you can eat all three meals, (they will have the makings for a Bloody Mary and Champagne if you so desire), Himitsu, Japanese with Tepanyaki grills, dinner only, dress code, reservations required. Bordeaux, French A la Carte, dinner only, dress code. El Patio, Mexican, dinner only, dress code. Oceana, The best seafood in Punta Cana, lunch & Dinner, dress code for dinner. Sea Side grill, steaks & Burgers, lunch & dinner dress is casual. Da Mario, Italian, dinner only, dress is casual. You will absolutely love Dreams-Punta-Cana all inclusive resort. So far it’s our favorite.
