Moving to Punta Cana? What about making a living?

by Jose Maldonado
(Stroudsburg, PA, USA)

I wish we have sites like yours back in 1996. That's when I started purchasing real estate and invest in the Dominican Rep. At first, I did not get the "best" deals for lack of knowledge and the limited time available to me for living and working in New York.

We started with the purchase of two houses in Santo Domingo, then a couple of lots to make one for a building project (http://www.constructorafpuente.com/englishfernando3.html), which I sold to developer after getting all the construccion permits.

This led to my new project, Plaza Coral Punta Cana, which is based in Carretera Veron-Punta Cana (between Cruce de Veron and Blvd. Turistico - less than 5 mins from Punta Cana Airport and Grupo Punta Cana village).

Plaza Coral Punta Cana (www.facebook.com/plazacoral & www.plazacoral.net) will be completed in July 2010, and it will bring commercial opportunities for locals and new arrivals that plan to live in Punta Cana.

My plans include to keep a couple of units to start my own business and move from the North East Pennsylvania to sunny and lively Punta Cana.

Enjoy Punta Cana, the abundant Sun light and Iodine from the sea will energize your health and spirit!

Nos vemos en Punta Cana!!!
