There is a separate quiet pool that has no activities near by in case you just want some quiet time alone. The children’s program includes a teen disco every evening, special entertainment for the kids, painting, family games and theme parties. You will absolutely love the Occidental Punta Cana. A steak house, a Chinese restaurant and a sports bar are among the dining options. The disco, Mangu, goes until the wee hours. The nightly show rotates on a seven day cycle. If you are a Royal Club guest you have an exclusive section of beach, private check-in, a private lounge, free internet access and an exclusive a’ la carte restaurant in a air-conditioned space overlooking the beach. This resort is on one of the best Punta Cana Beaches. Pros: Excellent night-life, late-night pizzeria. Cons: No wheelchair accessible rooms and no room service for standard rooms. 840 rooms, 25 suites. Each room has a safe and refrigerator. The resort has 9 restaurants, bars, tennis courts, pools, gym, spa, beachfront, water sports, no elevator, children programs laundry service and concierge.
