Beatriz is our favorite real estate agent in the Dominican Republic. Our favorite place on the Island is the Punta Cana property.

Beatriz was born in Barcelona, Spain. She has been in sales all her life. After she moved to Marbella she joined the real estate market in 1994.

In Marbella she experienced the business from all sides. She listed properties, dealt with developers and investor groups along with her individual clients.

Wanting a change in her life she thought it to be a good idea to take some time to relax and think things over.

Spending a week at a Punta Cana Property she fell in love with the Island. Once she was back home she started looking for some rental property. Finally she decided the better thing to do is buy.

She decided on a 2 bedroom penthouse and 300 yards from the beach in the Los Corales area. She now works for the realtor that she used to buy the property.

Beatriz is very professional in her approach. She is very knowledgeable about the area. And she knows, as I do, that the Dominican Republic has the BIG 3, SUN, Beach and GOLF.

Beatriz says, if you are looking for a great place to invest then you must consider Punta Cana. It is growing every day, new businesses, restaurants; creating many other opportunities for a smart investor.
