Holiday Season

Nov 15 - Dec 15 - $90 per night, $600 per week

Dec 16 - Dec 31 - $100 per night, $650 per week

Easter Week - $100 per night, $650 per week

ELECTRICITY IS EXTRA AND BASED ON CONSUMPTION -

LOW SEASON IS APPROXIMATELY $10-$15/DAY

HIGH SEASON IS $5-$10/DAY.

ONE TIME CLEANING FEE OF $65

When you book the unit please indicate your option: The Security Deposit OR The Insurance:

$500 security deposit refundable at check out with no damages or $59 Property Damage Protection Fee for up to $5,000 worth of damages.

If you select the $59 insurance you will only be required a $150 electricity deposit.
